Trinity was founded in 2009 by Peter Dikeos, along with several 20 year industry veterans. We have over 150 years of combined experience in the HVAC/R and plumbing industries, including risk management, program administration, claims processing, national accounts and customer service. Among the executive group, we’ve sold over 1,000,000 policies in our careers. Trinity is licensed in all 50 states and unique to many third party administrators (TPAs), we are backed by multiple “A” rated national insurance carriers, so we spread the risk and don’t have to rely on only 1 company. Trinity is organized into two divisions to better serve your individual needs.
Trinity Warranty Division focuses on Extended Service Agreements (ESAs) to protect your expensive HVAC/R and plumbing equipment once the manufacturer’s warranty expires. We offer many programs that are customized for manufacturers, distributors and contractors/dealers.
Trinity National Accounts specializes in facilities management, specifically designed to handle HVAC/R/P assets for retail, commercial and restaurant locations across the country. Some of the many services offered in this program are: asset management, preventive maintenance, factory warranty monitoring, and emergency replacement.
In May 2013 Kingsway Financial Services Inc. acquired our company and provided us the flexibility, stable backing, and the resources to serve our customers well into the future. We chose the name “Trinity” because it acknowledges the importance of the 3 main partners in our business: you as our customer; us as the administrator; and our insurance company as the underwriter.
