Trinity offers Extended Service Agreements (ESAs) for HVAC/R, plumbing and other equipment.
These ESAs lengthen the manufacturer’s warranty so an equipment owner is covered and protected years down the road.
We offer 1, 2, 3, 5 & 10 year term coverage for both residential and commercial equipment. Our rates are based on the type of machinery, your labor rate, level of reimbursement and the length of the coverage.
We typically will cover installed equipment for up to 2 years from the installation date for residential equipment and 1 year for commercial equipment.

Learn moreAn ESA protects you from unexpected and untimely repair costs. Manufacturer warranties usually cover parts, but they often don’t cover labor, even in the first year. And most manufacturer warranties don’t cover the equipment for up to 5 or 10 years, which is how long most people plan to keep their equipment. When you consider the cost of the ESA is usually less than the cost of a single service call, the decision should be easy!
Equipment is considered “new” for up to 2 years for residential and 1 year for commercial after installation and is eligible for Extended Warranty Coverage during this time.
We do existing equipment on a case by case basis, it has to be certified in factory like condition.
