Trinity is extending the time to purchase coverage for new & existing residential & commercial equipment
What is Changing?
Residential
Residential equipment:
- Equipment is considered new up to 2 years from installation date, and is eligible for 5 or 10 years of additional coverage.
- Coverage is at current pricing
- After the first year, an inspection report and any service records must be submitted with the order.
Commercial
Commercial HVAC equipment up to 25 tons:
- Equipment is considered new up to 1 year from installation date and is eligible for 5 or 10 years of additional coverage.
- Coverage is at current pricing and has a 31st day start.
- Equipment up to 2 and 3 years from installation date is considered existing and is eligible for 5 years of additional coverage.
- Coverage will have a 91st day start with new order codes and pricing.
- Equipment must have an inspection report and proof of an ongoing maintenance contract.
- Any service records and the last PM report must also be submitted.
Commercial Refrigeration
Commercial Refrigeration equipment up to 10 HP
- Equipment is considered new up to 1 year from installation date and is eligible for 5 or 10 years of additional coverage.
- Coverage is at current pricing and has a 31st day start.
- Equipment up to 2 and 3 years from installation date is considered existing and is eligible for 5 years of additional coverage.
- Coverage will have a 91st day start with new order codes and pricing.
- Equipment must have an inspection report and proof of an ongoing maintenance contract.
- Any service records and the last PM report must also be submitted.
