Trinity was founded in 2009 by Peter Dikeos, along with several 20-year industry veterans. Trinity has over 150 years of combined experience in the HVAC/R and plumbing industries, including risk management, program administration, claims processing, national accounts and customer service. Trinity is licensed in all required states and is backed by multiple “A” rated national insurance carriers.
Trinity is currently organized into two divisions, Trinity Warranty and Trinity National Accounts. Trinity Warranty Division focuses on Extended Service Agreements (ESAs) to protect expensive HVAC/R and plumbing equipment with labor costs coverage throughout the manufacturer’s warranty and then full labor and parts coverage once the manufacturer’s warranty expires. Trinity National Accounts specializes in facilities management, specifically designed to handle HVAC/R/P assets for retail, commercial and restaurant locations across the country. Some of the many services offered in this program are: asset management, preventive maintenance, factory warranty monitoring, and emergency replacement.
In May 2013 Kingsway Financial Services Inc. acquired Trinity in order to provide the flexibility, stable backing and the resources to serve their customers well into the future.
